Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park
- Pick-up from your hotel/airport in Arusha.
- Drive to Tarangire National Park, known for its massive elephant herds and ancient baobab trees.
- Enjoy an exciting game drive, spotting lions, giraffes, zebras, and more.
- Picnic lunch in the park.
- Evening transfer to a luxury lodge/tented camp for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Tarangire to Lake Manyara National Park
- Breakfast at the lodge/camp.
- Drive to Lake Manyara National Park, home to tree-climbing lions, flamingos, and hippos.
- Enjoy a game drive along the lake, spotting diverse birdlife and wildlife.
- Picnic lunch in the park.
- Evening transfer to a lodge near Manyara for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Lake Manyara to Serengeti National Park
- Early breakfast, then depart for the Serengeti National Park via the scenic Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
- Afternoon game drive in the Serengeti, tracking the Big Five.
- Dinner and overnight at a luxury lodge/tented camp inside the park.
Day 4: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha
- Spend the entire day exploring the Serengeti’s vast plains.
- Morning and afternoon game drives, searching for predators and large herds of wildebeest and zebras.
- Optional hot air balloon safari at sunrise (extra cost).
- Return to the lodge/camp for dinner and overnight.
Day 5: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater
- Early breakfast and a final morning game drive in the Serengeti.
- Depart for Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
- Descend into the crater for a half-day game drive, spotting rhinos, lions, cheetahs, and more.
- Picnic lunch by the hippo pool.
- Evening transfer to a lodge near the crater for dinner and overnight.
Day 6: Ngorongoro to Tarangire or Arusha National Park
- After breakfast, choose between:
Option 1: Return to Tarangire for another game drive.
Option 2: Visit Arusha National Park for a game drive and scenic views of Mount Meru.
- Picnic lunch before heading back to Arusha.
- Evening at leisure in a hotel/lodge in Arusha.
Day 7: Arusha – Departure or Optional Activities
- Depending on your flight schedule, enjoy optional activities such as a cultural tour, visit to a Maasai village, or a coffee plantation experience.
- Transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport for departure.
